My goal is to help you re-imagine your life and the transitions that come with it. I have always had a passion for growth in myself and in others thus I entered into professional transformational work in 2016. Through that I gained my certification in coaching through Gap Community and Co. As a professionally trained and experienced life coach, my goal is to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self.
After gaining my bachelors and Masters degrees in education, I taught elementary school for 10 years. I left teaching to work individually with the children of a missionary family in Venezuela. When the family returned to the states about a year and a half later, so did I. Not quite ready to return to the classroom, I decided to pursue another of my dreams and began a career in the aviation industry. You will currently find me happily traveling the country and the world.
I grew up in Atlanta but have lived in Tennessee, New York, and Venezuela. I have traveled to over 30 countries and 4 continents. I have a love of helping others and walking through life with one another. I have been married to the love of my life, Ken, for 17 years. I enjoy adventures, new things, and of course transformational work. My commitment is to provide you with accountability, understanding, and support with my own life experience in order to enhance your own.
